Compatible Polar watches
To link your Polar watch with Runnify, you must first ensure that it is connected to the Polar Flow App. All watches that are compatible with the Polar Flow app will also be compatible with all your Runnify plans. If you want to get an updated list of compatible watches, check the Polar website for more details.

Important: If you have an older Polar watch (M400, M460 or V650), you must first register it on the Polar Flow website from your computer to be able to link it with the Polar Flow mobile app.
Connect your watch to the Polar Flow app
If you haven't connected your Polar watch to the Polar Flow app yet, you should know that this is the first step before syncing it with Runnify. These are the steps you should follow to successfully sync your watch to your phone.
Before linking your phone, make sure:
- You have a Polar account and the Polar Flow app downloaded on your phone.
- You have registered your Polar device in the Flow service and synced the data through FlowSync software at least once.
- Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and airplane mode is not enabled.
- Airplane mode is disabled (both on your phone and your Polar device)
- Android users must ensure that location is enabled for the Polar Flow app.
When you have checked all of this, follow these steps:
- Open the Polar Flow app and log in with your Polar account, the one you created when setting up your watch.
- From your watch, press and hold BACK in time mode or go to Settings > General Settings > Pair & sync > Pair and sync phone and press OK.
- From your phone, open your app and bring your watch close to the phone, it shows on the watch.
- The "Bluetooth pairing request" confirmation message will appear on your phone, check that your phone's code matches the one on the watch.
- Accept the Bluetooth pairing request on your mobile device.
- Confirm the PIN code on your watch by pressing OK.
- When the sync is complete, "Pairing finished" will appear on your screen.
