Yes, you can use Runnify if you are recovering from an injury. We recommend starting with a basic or beginner plan to ensure a progressive and safe recovery. Avoid advanced plans until you are fully recovered.

Runnify offers a wide variety of training programs tailored to all levels. You'll find beginner plans such as “My First 5K” or “My First 10K,” as well as intermediate plans like “My First Half Marathon” or “My First Marathon.” In addition, we offer advanced programs designed to help you improve your personal best in any of these distances.

Currently, Runnify syncs directly with Garmin, Coros, and Polar watches. If you use another device, you can connect it to Strava, and through this platform, we will receive your workout results. Please note that with Polar and Strava synchronization, you can receive workout results in Runnify, but it is not possible to send workouts directly to your watch due to technical restrictions. New watch integrations will be available soon.

Yes, you can sync Runnify with Strava. This way, the results of the workouts you do and record in Strava will automatically appear in Runnify. If you don’t have a watch and use the app’s built-in timer instead, you can also automatically send the workout to Strava.

Yes, you can use Runnify directly from your mobile device. The app will guide you through each workout. However, for a more comfortable and precise experience while running, we recommend using a synchronized sports watch.
