Compatible Fitbit Watches
To link your Fitbit watch with Runnify, you first need to ensure it is connected to the Fitbit App. Any watches that are compatible with the Fitbit App will also be compatible with all your Runnify plans.
Any Fitbit device with GPS capabilities will be compatible with Runnify:
- Fitbit Ionic
- Fitbit Versa 3 and above
- Fitbit Sense
- Fitbit Charge 4 and above
Connect your watch to the Fitbit App
If you haven’t yet connected your watch to the Fitbit App, this is the first step before syncing it with Runnify. Here are the steps you need to follow to successfully sync your watch with your phone.
Before pairing your phone, make sure to:
- Have a Fitbit account and the Fitbit App installed on your phone.
- Have Bluetooth enabled on your phone and ensure airplane mode is disabled.
- Disable airplane mode (both on your phone and on your Fitbit device).
- Android users must ensure location services are enabled for the Fitbit App.
Once you’ve checked all of this, follow these steps:
- Open the Fitbit App and log in with your Fitbit account, the one you created when setting up your watch.
- Follow the steps to pair the device via Bluetooth.
- A confirmation message will appear on your phone: "Bluetooth Pairing Request". Check that the code on your phone matches the one displayed on your watch.
- Confirm the pin code on your watch by pressing OK.
- When the sync is complete, "Pairing Finished" will appear on your screen.
